Mexico Meets Aruba

The name “El Patio-Tacos & Tequila” doesn’t do this new Eagle Beach dining spot justice. It’s much more than that.

That’s because it's helmed by acclaimed local chefs Matt and Mike Boland, a father and son duo who are bringing the flavours of Mexico’s regional cuisine --from Mexico City's street food to slow-cooked birria of Jalisco -- to Aruba.

El Patio also features one of the largest tequila and mezcal selections in the Caribbean!

National Margarita Day

February 22nd is National Margarita Day, and what better way to celebrate than with a perfectly-crafted homemade margarita?

This classic margarita recipe (filmed in our former condo in Puerto Escondido) keeps it simple— fresh lime juice, good tequila, and just the right touch of sweetness.

But if you’re feeling adventurous, why not shake things up with a sparkling mango margarita? The sweet heat combo takes this cocktail to the next level!

Whether you prefer timeless or bold, they're sure to bring some sunshine to your day.
